Maddison Browns Vogue Diary:
Sundance to Paris

Our star Maddison Brown recently whizzed around the world to attend Sundance where her very own movie Strangerland was nominated.
To add the cherry to the cake Maddison was invited to attend the Christian Dior Haute Couture Show in Paris to rub shoulders with the crème de la crème of the fashion industry. Here she sat front row and was one of the first in the world to see the latest Dior collection!
It would only make sense for Vogue Australia to ask Maddison to make a photo diary of all of her adventures from SYD > Sundance > PARIS.

Following that it would only make send for us to share them with you in case you missed it…..

Style.com beside the seaside with Jessica Gomes

“Sure, she’s a Sports Illustrated dream: with her Portuguese-Singaporean looks and that special talent for looking her best with no makeup, it’s no surprise that Jessica Gomes has been a swimsuit-issue favorite for six years in a row. But this girl is so much more.
The ultimate Australian babe has been soaking up the spotlight lately, replacing Miranda Kerr as ambassador for Aussie retail giant David Jones and sharing a set with Joan Smalls in Sydney for an Estée Lauder shoot. It just goes to show that it can happen if you believe in it—and believe she does.
On a final rendezvous at her favorite Sydney hideout, The Boathouse at Balmoral Beach—a little piece of paradise safely tucked away in a place we call the ‘burbs’. Just look at these pictures!—Gomes shared a little of what goes on inside her gorgeous mind before boarding the plane back to Los Angeles”.

My dream is to
…be a mogul like Kathy Ireland and have my own charity.
My style icon is
…Bianca Jagger.
L.A. is
…my house in which I rest and be healthy in the sun with the palm trees.
Sydney is
…where I was born.
Home is
…my soul, my mind, and my body in which I exist in. No matter where I am in the world, my thoughts and heart are my home.
Right now I want to talk about
…movies! Bond films: Octopussy and Roger Moore. Chinese films by Ang Lee: Lust, Caution and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
I regret
…all the times I slept in.
If I could be anywhere in the world right now I would be
…in Africa on a safari. I love tigers.
I’m really looking forward to
…Paris in September. (Gomes celebrates her birthday during Fashion Week.)
Three things I love madly are
…music, food, art, fashion, and I have to say my family. Yikes—can I have more than three?
