Potential new models are located through our long-standing relationship with Girlfriend magazine, through regular national scouting trips, through personal referrals and through direct submissions via this website or by post. Chic also has an open-door policy - we're always happy to meet new talent at our Sydney offices.

Through the Girlfriend competition, Chic Management has successfully launched international careers for models such as Alyssa Sutherland and Pania Rose, who are based out of N.Y. at the moment.

Chic Management's work is not restricted to modelling assignments, and we actively build the profiles of our models in other media. Within the last decade, Chic has developed the careers of Kate Fischer (Sirens), Chloe Maxwell (Channel V, Under the Radar), Kirstie Lee-Penn (Clarins, Pantene), Tania Gacic, Erika Heynetz (Body & Soul, Mermaids, Hothouse), Mink Sadowsky (Arena TV, Today show), Lynsey Jones (Witchery), and Amy Erbacher (Fox 8).
